NOOP: test microshift job with OCPBUGS-84037 fix

Summary

• No-op PR to trigger the e2e-aws-ovn-microshift job with the ovn-kubernetes fix from OCPBUGS-84037: OTE: tolerate missing OpenShift CRDs on MicroShift ovn-kubernetes#3150
• Will use /test-with on the OVNK PR to validate the fix
