Add Tekton Results integration for osde2e

This enables structured test results collection via Tekton Results.
Results include: test-status, test-logs, test-summary, and JUnit XML.

Changes:

• Add osde2e-tekton-task.yml: Multi-step Task with Results output
• Add osde2e-pipeline.yml: Pipeline orchestration
• Add e2e-tekton-template.yml: Template for app-interface integration
• Add TEKTON-RESULTS-README.md: Integration guide
