The MCO introduced a number of periodic jobs for feature promotions and CR purposes in openshift/release#64752. As they have the "disruptive" string in its name, they are automatically hidden from sippy. This PR promotes these jobs to candidate so we can evaluate their performance in sippy and eventually promote them to standard.
