Body forces file is not written by ID tool with relative path for `results_directory`

Hi,

In InverseDynamics tool, when I use relative path for results_directory, it doesn't write the body forces file (output_body_forces_file), but it works if I use absolute path. Here is an example to reproduce (from Rajagopal simulation): ID.zip
