When an event is accepted, sends email to speakers

Description

When an event has been added by an admin and sets other users as speakers, when the event is accepted, only the submitter (in this case, the admin) receive the confirmation email.

Spected behaviour

The speakers must received the confirmation email.

Maybe is better that in the add event form in the admin panel could add a submitter instead of being the admin.
