Mendatory CRL extensions are missing #6
Description
Current CRL misses some mendatory extensions:
- authority key identifier should be copied from the CA (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5280#section-5.2.1), generating one is waiting for merge in Anchor, so soon it should be trivial to add
- CRL number should be generated (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5280#section-5.2.3) - most likely current time with milliseconds should do the trick, unless there's a use case for recording the generated lists
