Adds Profile Commands:

    ProfileCommand,
    ProfileListCommand,
    ProfileShowCommand,
    ProfileDeleteCommand,
    ProfileSetValueCommand,
    ProfileDeleteValueCommand,
    ProfileSetCommand

Usage:

$ btcli profile create
$ btcli p create
