Block completion after child set is now incorrect

After the recent change to the cool down period when using btcli st child set... the information outputted for the block it will be active is incorrect ..it should not be 7200 blocks after the setting point, NOT the next epoch.

eg:

Your childkey request has been submitted. It will be completed around block 5179937. The current block is 5179741
SHOULD READ:

Your childkey request has been submitted. It will be completed around block 5179937. The current block is 5187137
