Add extrinsic fee to all extrinsic events in btcli #563
Description
There's a new extrinsic fee (~0.0013 Tao) added to all extrinsics. We already handle for this in transfers, but need to handle for this in terms of staking, unstaking, st transfer, and st move.
May be time to start adding batching.
