This PR sets
DispatchClass::Normalfor the pallet_subtensor::unstake_all_alpha extrinsic. #1955 was supposed to do this but the author appears to have missed this particular extrinsic. This change should neutralize one of the current MEV vectors in use on chain.Related Issue(s)
