Update PyPI

trying to install pyensembl, gtfparse is causing to downgrade polars (among others) to 0.x version. I see you update this requirement 7 months ago. Could you please update on PyPI to avoid this issue.

Indeed, dependencies in polars specieically being low is causing a conflict with many other packages in my software. Would it be possible to bring dependencies up to date?
