Fix incorrect matching of higher limit-buy, lower limit-sell order than the market price

Limit order shouldn't be worse than market price!

1- User A put a limit buy order for 0.1 BTC/USDT @ 70000
2- There is an Ask price for 0.1 BTC @ 60000
3- Trade should be finalized based on 60000 (and not 70K)
