docs: update competitive analysis with top-ranked competitors

• Replace autodev-codebase, arbor, and Claude-code-memory with joern (Bump actions/setup-node from 4 to 6 #1), narsil-mcp (Bump actions/checkout from 4 to 6 #2), and Fraunhofer-AISEC/cpg (Bump tree-sitter-javascript from 0.23.1 to 0.25.0 #4) — the top-ranked competitors from COMPETITIVE_ANALYSIS.md
• Keep code-graph-rag (Bump actions/github-script from 7 to 8 #3) and axon (Bump tree-sitter-python from 0.23.6 to 0.25.0 #7) as the two closest to our foundation principles
• Update problem table references to match the new competitor set
• All 7 competitors now reflect the actual competitive landscape ordered by rank
