Summary

Test plan

  • Verify README renders correctly on GitHub (markdown tables)
  • Cross-check feature claims against each competitor's repo

Replace autodev-codebase, arbor, and Claude-code-memory with joern,
narsil-mcp, and Fraunhofer-AISEC/cpg — the top-ranked competitors from
COMPETITIVE_ANALYSIS.md. Keeps code-graph-rag and axon as the two
closest to our foundation principles. All 7 competitors now reflect the
actual competitive landscape ordered by rank.
