Verify relationships work properly #1

Verify that relationships are set properly.
I was importing to-one relationship and it wasn't propagating to the context properly I think.
When I imported the array with MR it works, when I did it with CDI it doesn't. The relationship looks to be correctly built when reloading the application, but not while it is running.
