Unable to perform case transpose with Unicode Texts

I was looking to use this to perform case transposes on my translation texts and the string-case has failed to recognize the word boundaries. For instance:

And the result is:

This is the original lower(ish) case:

msgstr "Bắt buộc cập nhật phủ Kín"

and the result expecting was:

msgstr "Bắt Buộc Cập Nhật Phủ Kín"
