Create Ticket

Hey guys, great work on 1.8 looking very promising.

Just a question is the create ticket function extendable with a plugin?

I do a look up against active directory with the users email for extra fields if not supplied.

Eg. Location, Phone

If not I'll just hack it in again but would like to Ty extend osticket without hacking to leave it vanilla as possible.

I agree on that one.

We also hacked in here some extra fields for a few more information about the client (e.g. Location, Address, Office/Room, ...) and it would be nice if the ldap/ad plugin would provide an option to gather additional fields to be included at least in the staff/admin view to minimize the need of additional lookups in AD for that information.
