Adding hdf5 output

There should be an option to write additional data from the calculation to an hdf5 file similarly to Runafluid. The method or writing to hdf5 from python can be looked up from RENATE OD.

Hdf5 file output must not overwrite the previous hdf5 output file, it has to add new lines to the existing fields.

Hdf5 writing is added. If the data length in the hdf5 file is different from the data length of the calculation, a warning is given and the hdf5 writing is aborted. It might be possible to add data to the hdf5 file with different lengths, but it is probably complicated, so it was postponed.
Also, the hdf5 writing is hardcoded at the moment, a switch will have to be added.

The feature is working. The switch to be able to turn it off should be added as codeparams.
