Thanks for preparing this!

I don't want to over-complicate this process description, but I noticed that this section includes preparatory steps (step 1-6) and steps to be done after a meeting has concluded (step 7). So, how about dividing this into three sections:

  1. preparing the agenda: steps 1-6
  2. Notify the community
  3. post-meeting review: step 7

Hi @gkunz I've broken it into the 3 sections as suggested. But for the third, I named it During and Post-Meeting instead. Ideally, attendance should be captured and updated at the beginning of the meeting. Let me know if that works.

Updated the agenda preparation instructions and added post-meeting steps.

It is not clear to me what's motivating this proposal and whether this is meant to be mandatory, recommendations, or mere suggestions.

I think some of it can be good practice for sure but it's clear that this is not what all groups do today. I won't name any group in particular but in my experience it is not uncommon for groups to build the agenda more or less on the fly at the start of the call.

Besides, some of the instructions seem too restrictive. Are we saying that all groups must have a template with the same format with x's to mark attendance? I know of groups which merely have a bulleted list of attendees and I don't think there is anything wrong with that for instance.
