Hey,
This PR adds basic screen reader support: you can turn on accessibility="screen-reader" and the diff table plus its cells (line numbers and code) get meaningful labels so a screen reader can announce what each row is - added/deleted/unchanged and line numbers. Everything is opt-in, default behaviour stays the same.
Kept it minimal. If you have a different take or ideas on how to do it better - share them, happy to discuss
