implement ssh binding

Jenkins allows many batch operations through eg ssh. It would be nice to implement backedn, so the plugin can be via jenkin' ssh connection controlled. That will allow eg move some whole family of jobs to proper palce in queue very quickly. The gui is exceptionally useful and working, but usable up to limited number of jobs you need to move and to limited number of jumps you need to do.
