Question about forking

Sorry for making this question, I'm new in making my own site using GitHub and I'd like to know the following: when you fork the original repo (Beautiful Jekyll) that makes the baseline for your own site, how do you reset the number of collaborators and commits so that only you and the changes that you make appear?
