A small cleanup to the project, and I fixed #139 whilst at it.
I linked to the current HEAD of master, but I'm not sure if this is what you wanted.
I have still not been able to build this on OS X - the whole business with MTProtoKit (which in turn requires Signals - which isn't included as a submodule here) makes it very difficult to build. If someone can explain how to build I will happily tidy this up to make it easier to build for first-time users.
