Refactor the Users and RootCollection to use factory #274
Description
A refactor in the code would be helpful in this app, because of the usage of config used. The config is not used in Users or RootCollection. But they are used to create objects of groups collection. This was found while working on PR #273 ( a comment regarding the same can be found in the same pr at #273 (comment) ).
