"There are currently no user defined groups" can be untrue

Seen with customgroups 0.8.0 (but not a regression)

• admin defines a customgroup 1234 and adds users alice and bob
• User carol logs in and checks Settings -> Custom groups. A message says "There are currently no user defined groups"
• This is technically not true. There is a user defined group. It is just not visible to user carol.

• User carol can provoke contradicting logic, by trying to create group 1234 herself.

Suggested fix:
Replace the message with a more precise: There are currently no user defined groups with you
