Need some sort of release tag

If I have a big bucket of TODO cards, I need to know which are required for a release, eg MVP or v0.1

Currently, there's no way to determine what is a must have and what is later.

I could use tags but that seems to pollute the purity of the tags (plus I can't filter by tag, as mentioned in another issue)

@sipickles Thanks for reporting this. We are aware of this problem, and are working on a way to solve it. As you say, tags could easily get abused for this purpose so we'd rather have a dedicated answer.
