`distro` context for epel10/epel10.X are not distinguishable

Description

Currently it seems that the distro tmt context for epel is set to centos-steam-10, which does not quite work in rpminspect to distinguish and pick up the right tag to use. I wonder if we should just pass the branch rather than using the distro

Blocks running rpminspect (probably also installability) on epel for Fedora-CI

I think there are quite a lot of plans with conditions that rely on distro, but we could set additional dimension, branch is probably too vague, perhaps dist-git-branch?

branch could still work since it is the branch of the main entity being tested. But 👍 to dist-git-branch also, or even environment variable
