codespace starting in recovery mode

Hi everyone,

In case you face "codespace running in recovery mode" and your python commands such as pip install openai not working in global environment, perform a full rebuild.

Went and created a PR to try to get something started with fixing this: #39

Hoping maintainers can check it out at some point. Up to them if they want to merge it in for folks to leverage.

Also seeing what @reza8iucs was seeing when opening up codespace on main for first time:

I need to archive this fork of it, as I've been putting changes into the main one in the Azure-Samples org. Maybe we accidentally linked to this one at some point? Some of the slide filename links might be outdated.
