Fixes #3167
It adds a
0 Twcommand for the last line of a justified section of text. Previously the last line would not have aTwset at all, meaning it would use whatever word spacing the second to last line used. The spacing of the second to last line would also be used for any following text if it used a different alignment than 'justify'.I suspect this may also be a fix for #2553
