Provide HTTP API for triggering commands #367
Description
Problem: sometimes events might not have been delivered due to external factors e.g. network failure. When that happens we're basically out of luck since processbot doesn't offer an HTTP API for triggering commands.
Solution: provide HTTP API for triggering commands
