Glutton Parachains #37
Description
The Vision
Create a parachain that will (with configuration) consume up to an entire PoV in every dimension. This parachain should be used on testnets like Versi and then on Kusama for real world stress testing. Since Gluttons simulate parachains under full load, a network operating under N Gluttons at 100% should provide reasonable guarantees about a similar network's quality of service. For example, Kusama with 100 Gluttons should give confidence that Polkadot, with 75 parachains, will not have any performance degradation due to transaction traffic on those parachains.
