Vesting for fungibles/assets? #10062
Description
Not sure if it could fit the existing vesting pallet or if it should be its own separate pallet, but vesting could come useful for assets created with the Assets pallet(or anything fungible). I also assume it would be required to have #8476 ?
It might even become handy in Statemine/Statemint for small DAOs that create their own token there and set vesting schedules for their members.
