contracts: Migrate to fungible traits #13643
Description
The ReserveableCurrency trait that pallet-contracts uses was recently deprecated. We should migrate to the new set of traits. This probably need a migration and is hence blocked by #13638.
We should also merge this with the migration for the new deposit mechanism where a migration still needs to be written.
