Polkadot 0.9.31 remove store_call

There is a new version of polkadot which remove store_all.
paritytech/substrate#12072

Is txwrapper-core v4.0.1 is compatible this..?

This change appears to affect this version

Hey Thanks for the heads up, I believe you are correct but the above PR doesn't affect the runtime until v9340. I will get this updated and in a new patch.
