Info panel not detecting selection when opened

Issue Description

Info panel not detecting selection/loading data when opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure Info Panel is closed
2. Navigate to the collection with Info Panel configured
3. Click on a cell
4. Click "Show Panel"

Actual Outcome

Panel is empty and content is not loaded. Data loads only when different row is selected. It's problematic when browser shows only one row.

Expected Outcome

Info Panel content should load right after opening the panel.
