Cannot save more than one config parameter in parse-server

Issue Description

After adding the second parameter, the first parameter disappears. The documentation states that you can store up to 100 configuration parameter values.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create parameter in config any type
2. Create second parameter in config any type
3. Refresh page or restart server

Expected Results

Only the last parameter entered is displayed and available.

Environment Setup

• Server

  • parse-server version 3.1.2
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • Hardware: VDS with KVM virtualisation and SSD disk
  • Localhost or remote server? Remote server: firstvds.ru

• Database

  • PostgreSQL version: 9.6
  • Localhost or remote server? Remote server: firstvds.ru

No any logs

I configured absolutely new server. It has the same problem. Of course, I can save my data to usual parse class on server but I want use config tab for it. Can you help me to find solution?

Can you try with using the master branch instead of the latest release?
