Table: Update fixed width table headers

Tal on the RHOAI team pointed out that the table headers in Figma have a fixed width and the text wraps very quickly. He proposed that we make some adjustments to make it easier for Figma users to build without customizing the auto layouts.

Fixed & published the update.

Set the autolayout to hug the text, per Tal's recommendation/team preference. This will require designers to hard-return to get their text to wrap appropriately.
