Chatbot: Pinned/Favorite Actions - History Panel

The chat history panel needs a design explorations into the feature of "pinning" favorite chat history items to the top of the panel .

Thing to consider:

• How does the user initiate the favorite action?
• Should there be a cap to how many items can be pinned at once?
• Is this section divided by a heading or a icon or both?
• How does the user "un-favorite" something?
• Are the favorited items exempt from being systematically cleared?

This is ready to go - @rebeccaalpert Here is a video of the intended interaction for pinning chat history items. pinning a item will loose date categorization and will place the item at the top of the history list under the pinning group items. The user can unpin an item by clicking on the options menu
