Bug - JumpLinks- Current no longer being tracked

Describe the problem
This is an issue with

• Patternfly 5

Please give a clear and concise description of the problem. Which components are affected?
When you would scroll or jump to a section with the jumplinks the active section would be selected this is no longer the case

How do you reproduce the problem?
Provide steps to reproduce. A codepen or codesandbox demonstrating the problem is appreciated.
Just go to https://www.patternfly.org/components/jump-links/react-demos/scrollspy-with-subsections/ and press any of the "Heading x"

Expected behavior
Either by scrolling to a section or clicking a section that section would become / have the current indicator / class

@edewit Can you confirm the behavior you're seeing? When I go to the demo you linked, the jump links update when I click them (both styling and applying the aria-current attribute), but I am noticing that scrolling doesn't update them. Just want to confirm if you're seeing this behavior both via scrolling and when clicking a jump link, or just scrolling.

Right scrolling should update them as well as clicking the links, this used to work
