Dead links in npm README

These links are 404s.

Is this a bug or enhancement? If this issue is a bug, is this issue blocking you or is there a work-around?

The links point to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/ADVANCED-USAGE-README.md
but it looks like they should point to https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly-react/blob/master/ADVANCED-USAGE-README.md
