Describe the feature
Currently the status/percentage progress does not get announced to assistive tech when updated. Ideally the progress/current value of the progress bar would be conveyed to users via assistive tech

Are there visuals for this feature? If applicable, please include examples for each state and for varying widths
Include screenshots or links to Marvel or other mockups.
