Button - Want ability to add a progress spinner to split button for bulk selection

Want to add support for a spinner in the split button

This will be used to provide feedback when the bulk selection might take some time. Core issue: patternfly/patternfly#4926

Consider whether this should be a new example, a demo, or both.
