Migrate OpenShift GettingStarted to component groups #97
Description
Migrate OpenShift GettingStarted component to the component-groups. See a screenshot to match the design needed for the OpenShift Console. For the implementation, we can get inspired also by https://github.com/RedHatInsights/notifications-frontend/blob/c609d36321bbcb36a9cf0c82ceb7bdb7524a23c9/src/components/Integrations/DopeBox.tsx which uses Gallery to organize the cards
We need one component for the layout - lets name it "MultiContentCard" (talk about the overflow in case of more than three cards are inserted - enable scrolling perhaps?) plus one subcomponent for the Card content. We also need to discuss the new name of the component.
Don't forget to check the mobile layout.
