User Story

As a user
I want to manage the ai agent tools and install/uninstall via the message client
So that fetching new tools is user friendly and docker management is easy.

Description

I want to manage docker container via message client telegram. this should be a native mcp tool that the agent can call and cannot be uninstalled. this tools should be able to install and uninstall docker images. list all whitelisted available images to install in a user friendly way with normal language. MCP Server config should stay at the app level so that policy and permission stay at the app level. but new tools/ skill like for example weather info can be easily added where no specific mcp server mount or critical setting are necessary inside the app.

Acceptance Criteria

• Install/uninstall docker images mcp tools via message client
• List available and installed docker images in normal language
• Mcp Server config stays on the app level.
