[Feature] Update Software Button

User Story

As a user
I want to get the lasted software when it is available via easy notifications and update button
So that I can stay uptodate with the current software version.

Description

On the hosted website and pengine local app there should be a button to download the release from GitHub. Native this should have the same links and pulls the latest version from GitHub.

Acceptance Criteria

• add update button and indicator
• add indicator for new release
