[Feature] Adding signing authorities for Mac os

User Story

As a user
I want to install pengine normally and do not get warning installing the software
So that I can feel safe using the software and do not have to go to the setting to open the software.

Description

Add app id in build step of Mac OS binary so that the dmg binary is signed with the developer id for the app. only implement this for Mac OS for now.

Acceptance Criteria

• add app Mac OS developer id to build pipeline
• make suer dmg is signed with the right developer id authority
