- Bumped application version from 0.1.0 to 1.0.0 across package files. - Added app version and git commit information to health response in the API. - Enhanced build process to capture app version and git commit at compile time. - Introduced new build_info module to manage versioning constants. This update improves version tracking and provides build metadata for better debugging and user information.
