Which operator(s) is this request for?
Why this matters
Organizations running Kubernetes infrastructure through Rancher have no guarantee that the Percona Operator for MySQL will work correctly on RKE2, forcing their teams to perform their own validation or choose a different database solution. Official Rancher certification removes that uncertainty, giving IT teams and solution architects the confidence to deploy Percona-managed MySQL on their existing Rancher platform without additional risk. It also expands the addressable market for Percona operators by meeting customers where they already are, rather than requiring them to change their Kubernetes management stack.
