Summary
This PR adds support for custom
netlify.tomldata in the root of the content repo. Any contents of thisnetlify.tomlwill be appended to the main one in the CDP root. This allows us to configure Clerk-related admin page redirects, but also opens the door to any sort of customized per-project Netlify config, which might be useful in the future.
