Replace existing commit

I am looking for a functionality similar to https://github.com/peter-evans/create-or-update-comment where it allows to update existing comments

The goal is to prevent duplicates when the builds are retried

I think it would be good to support that functionality, similar to create-or-update-comment. I will look into it when I have some time. For now, I can only suggest trying to do it yourself with github-script.
