Rename "Microdown-" package to "NewTools-"? #20
Description
When investigating the text inspection problem (#19), it was confusing to me that packaged with name starting with "Microdown-" is actually coming from repository starting with "NewTools-". Specifically, package "Microdown-RichTextPresenter" is in repository "NewTools-DocumentBrowser": https://github.com/pharo-spec/NewTools-DocumentBrowser/tree/Pharo14/src
Should not the package be renamed so it matches the repo?
